_In our transformation into heroes, psychologists have identified four steps, four questions of a sort, really we must ask ourselves in order to start our heroic journey:
Make an inventory of your strengths and weaknesses as a person.
Develop a list of your life goals.
Assess what’s missing to achieve your goals. List the strengths you lack and the weaknesses that need removal.
Find mentor figures to help you._
Searching for your own mentors is not necessarily searching for influencers. Mentors are the people you understand your business, your goals, and have practical solutions for obstacles. I've had mentors who were kids.
