Business pages and Brand accounts can now have more than one owner

It is now possible to promote a Manager of your Brand Account or Location to be an Owner. The original Owner is now the Primary Owner.

Owners can:

* Add and delete other owners and managers

* Change account permissions, including the Primary Owner's

* Delete this account completely

* Delete or remove products that are linked to this account, like YouTube, Google+, and others

Primary Owners:

* Access restricted product views or take actions that only primary owners can take

(It's not clear to me what those actions are exactly, and the Google My Business help center has not yet been updated with that information)
