Effects of Inequality in the Workplace

Research suggests that experiencing both friendly and hostile responses from the same source can be disorienting and more harmful to one’s work and health than hostility alone. This is because the inconsistent messages increase interpersonal uncertainty as well as cognitive and emotional burdens.

  1. Jup, and "lots of high performers",… (instead of "Management" tapping into that performance, "by seeing the potential, and to further influence, in a positive manner, the rest of the workforce ")… get worked out.

    Simultaneously, the '' ideas of the, ''post high performer,'' are hijacked by management, believing that they!, can "utilize" , the idea (of the high performer) as their own!.

    However without the, source being any longer available to tap into,....

    Problems, arise, and the company, further suffers, in the long term.
